- Mr. Shanser Pal Singh (Promoter of BCC Group) better known as Mr. S P Singh a born leader is at the helm of the BCC group. In 1970, Mr.Singh son of farmer Mahendra Singh mustered up enough courage to dream. He started a proprietary concern in the year 1989 under the name Bharat Construction Company.
- The company has developed more than 50 small and medium multistory projects of housing in East Delhi and the Ghaziabad Region. In the year 1993, the said proprietary concern was merged with B.C.C. Builders Private Limited. Other than small and medium multistory projects, the Group has developed and delivered projects including BHARAT RESIDENCY, and BHARAT APARTMENTS in the past 20 years.
- In 2005, BCC got a fresh lease of life when Mr. Singh decided that distinctively made his firm different from other companies: The choice of the unknown and virgin territory of Ghaziabad as a location for his housing project.
